Never Looking Back

I started with Brandon with a history of working out using traditional methods and it was soon apparent that his knowledge and passion for kettelbells and fitness were infectious. It wasn't long before he was challenging me to push myself in the most subtle ways and I was working out at home on my own with a set of bells I purchased to see what I could do. When my life got hectic and his classes conflicted with other commitments he took the time to give me workouts that would challenge me that I could do at home. At any time I had a question about how to do any of the exercises he would take the time to walk me through each step insuring my safety yet giving me the confidence to push myself. When I started building my own workouts he again provided me with advice and rationale to take them to the next level. Brandon truly believes the stronger and better his clients get the stronger and better he becomes. So many trainers would have let me fall off the workout wagon but that's what's different about Brandon he really cares about the person not the pocketbook. I wouldn't look anywhere else for my health and fitness advice.

Brandon explains thoroughly and in detail each move, the proper technique, and the muscle group we are supposed to be working. With his constant guidance and close monitoring, he corrects technique and allows each participant to work at their own fitness level, all the while challenging each of us to get better and to push ourselves. He demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for KB.

Brandon is a very talented instructor. He offers a variety of activities and keeps things flowing smoothly. His program is very organized, with clear instructions that are easy to follow. Brandon lets you work at the level you are at, however he encourages you to try to attain even more. Brandon never makes you feel less than able and is very receptive to questions.

Brandon is an excellent teacher. He is great at breaking down the moves and demonstrating each part carefully. He corrects you without making you feel foolish and he is able to laugh at himself too. He is very quick at assessing a person's ability and knows who to push, who to encourage and who to leave alone. I have taken kettlebell classes before and have not enjoyed them as much as I enjoy Brandon's class.

Awesome! Knows his stuff! Very particular about form and preventing injury. His work outs have good variety and the time seems to go by quickly. Willing and able to answer questions pertaining to KB and overall general fitness.

This is a first for me! I'm in Brandon's beginner Kettlebell class. Brandon explains, demonstrates and comes around to ensure that every exercise is done properly. He comes very well prepared and no two classes are alike. Every class builds on the last one. Very enjoyable and invigorating!
