Brandon Michael Heck is an elite fitness trainer who specializes in kettlebell, TRX, and body weight training; as well as traditional bodybuilding. He is an RKC Certified Kettlebell Instructor, who holds a Bachelor Degree of Physical Education and Master Degree of Psychology. He has placed first the 2012 IDFA Calgary Classic and second in the 2012 IDFA Western Canada Classic. Brandon got involved in personal training in 2006 as a means to share his fitness knowledge with people, and give them the necessary tools to accomplish their fitness goals. His personable nature and genuine interest in his clients and their fitness goals, ensures that everyone he works with is going to receive the best possible program to fit their lifestyle needs. He understands the importance of dedication and knows what it takes to help you achieve even the most difficult tasks. He enjoys having the opportunity to help others achieve weight loss, fitness and happiness all in one.
