Sit-Ups (extend arms touch behind head, legs in butterfly, touch floor)
Snatch (alternating sides, keep it even)
FSQ (front sq kb racked on one side, 10 squats, hand switch, repeat)
Clean and Press (alternating sides)
*All exercises are single bell
Aim for a time under 30 min if possible. Obviously if you go heavy you can expect a longer time, but that's always ok!!!
