Alt. Lunge (Kbs in FSQ rack position)
*This is a ladder down format. Complete 21 reps of every exercise, then 15, and then 9.
Manmaker: double kb sw, sprawl on kbs, push up on kbs, renegade row, double clean, squat, press
(that is 1 rep)
*Guerilla Cleans: one bell cleaned in rack position, other one hanging - alternate cleaning on each hand, having the kbs actually pass eachother. (I'll post a video soon on this as well)
