This is a quick full body kettlebell and bodyweight workout guaranteed to have you burning off some of those calories accumulated over the holidays. Do a quick warm up of skipping and some bodyweight exercises (squats, sprawls, power jacks, etc.) and joint mobility.
Ladder Down 9-1 (9 reps of all, then 8 and so on down to 1)
1- Arm Snatch
1 - Arm Thruster
1- Arm Swing
V- Up
Burpee
(Complete all reps on the left and then the right, and then move onto the
next section. i.e. 9L, 9R, 9 vups, 9 burpees)
